On 12th February the BBC One Show featured Cadent’s great work helping vulnerable customers out of fuel poverty.
Peter is 79, lives alone without central heating and is one of 6.5 Million UK households in fuel poverty.
After visiting his local centre for warmth, run by Cadent, the UK’s largest gas distribution network, Peter received a pension credit & new boiler grant with help from Andrew and the team.
When the new boiler was installed, Cadent’s engineer used his trusted KANE458s to ensure the boiler ran safely and efficiently, removing any CO poisoning risk.
KANE is honoured to be part of Cadent’s Service beyond the Meter, helping many people like Peter out of fuel poverty - If you know someone who needs help, contact their local Gas Distribution Network here.
